OPTIONAL Event 1:	August 6, 2012 - Monday - 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Bingo

	BINGO, BINGO, BINGO! . . . "Okay, I know what you're thinking, BINGO's for people with blue hair coming out of their head. . . But did you know that at our last Reunion, members from our group won 7 of the 13 games played! Besides, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas," so no one other than your loose-lipped Sasebo classmates will know you played Bingo. (Note: No daubers required. Pre-loaded machine...all you have to do is yell "BINGO" and the machine tells you when to do that!) Note: All winners are required to buy John and Rotor a beer.
	Cost: $25.00 per person

	Please indicate bingo player's names. Participants will pay the fee at the time of the event.

OPTIONAL Event 2:	August 6, 2012 - Monday - 8:00 p.m. - Sasebo Grand Prix

	Cost: $55.00 per person; includes 2 races. Note: All winners are required to buy John and Rotor another beer.

	Please indicate driver's names. Participants will pay the fee at the time of the event.

OPTIONAL Event 3:	August 7, 2012 - Tuesday - 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - Golf Tournament, 18 holes

	Sasebo Alumni Association Golf Tournament. Transportation will be provided to and from the course.
	Cost: $50.00 per person; includes green fees and cart. Optional additional fee for rental of clubs is $35.00. (These costs are estimates based on averages at courses being considered and does not include the required beer for John and Rotor.)

	Please indicate golfer's names. Participants will pay required fee(s) upon check-in at the golf course.

OPTIONAL Event 4:	August 7, 2012 - Tuesday - 9:30 p.m. to ????? - After Hours Bowling Challenge

	Cost: $10.00 per person; includes 3 games and shoe rental. Note: Oh, and don't forget John, Rotor, and the beer.

	Please indicate bowler's names. Participants will pay required fee(s) upon check-in at the Reunion.
